If you received a product of poor quality:
Our salon has a free replacement rule for bouquets of poor quality within 24 hours after delivery. For a free replacement, you must provide photographs of the discrepancy in the quality of the product to the store’s email within 24 hours after delivery. We bear all costs of exchanging defective goods.
Return and exchange of cut flowers
Flowers are a living commodity. In accordance with the law, cut flowers are not subject to exchange or return (they are indicated in the List of non-food products of good quality that are not subject to return or exchange).
The buyer of the online store has the right to refuse to receive the goods at the time of delivery if the goods are delivered of inadequate quality. In case of inadequate quality of the Goods, take actions to ensure the satisfaction of the Buyer’s requirements related to the inadequate quality of the Goods: return all or part of the amount of money paid to the Buyer for the Goods, or organize re-delivery of the Goods of proper quality to the Recipient. After the Buyer provides photographs of the discrepancy in the quality of the goods.
If you change your mind:
Return requests are accepted no later than 12 hours before delivery. We will refund the money if the payment was made through the payment system on the site, the money will arrive in your account within 5 business days.
